We are looking for a Technical Monitoring Specialist to provide 24/7 monitoring of our payment gateways, processing systems, and APIs. You will ensure system availability, detect issues early, and coordinate incident response.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor availability, performance, and security of payment systems and APIs
Detect and escalate incidents in real-time
Coordinate with engineering teams on issue resolution
Maintain monitoring dashboards and alerts
Document incidents and contribute to post-mortem reviews

Requirements

2+ years in technical monitoring or NOC operations
Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog)
Understanding of API and web service architectures
Ability to work in shift rotations (24/7 coverage)
Fluency in English or Russian
