Junior Sales Manager

We are looking for a Junior Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. You will support lead generation, client outreach, pipeline management, and deal support as we scale our banking products across European markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales leads through research and outreach
- Support senior sales managers with client meetings and proposals
- Manage and update the sales pipeline in CRM
- Prepare sales materials and presentations
- Track sales metrics and prepare reports
- Assist with conference and event coordination
Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales or business development experience
- Interest in fintech, banking, or financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM tools
- Fluency in English and Russian required
