Product Manager
We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the development of our banking platform, defining product strategy, managing the roadmap, and collaborating with engineering and design teams.
We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the development and strategy of our banking platform. You will define the product vision, manage the roadmap, and collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver exceptional financial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy
- Manage the product roadmap and prioritize features
- Work with engineering and design to deliver product increments
- Gather and analyze user feedback and market insights
- Coordinate with compliance to ensure regulatory alignment
- Track product KPIs and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or banking
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experience with product analytics tools
- Fluency in English required; Russian is a plus
