We are looking for a Junior HR Partner to support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.
We are looking for a Junior HR Partner to support our growing HR function. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration as we scale our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain HR records and documentation
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives
- Support payroll and benefits administration
Requirements
- 1-2 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment law basics
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in English required; Russian is a plus
