Head of Legal
We are looking for a Head of Legal to oversee all legal matters across our banking operations, including regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and contract management.
We are looking for a Head of Legal to oversee all legal matters across our banking operations. You will provide strategic legal counsel, manage regulatory compliance, and support corporate governance across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal advice to the executive team and Board
- Manage regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and partnerships
- Oversee corporate governance, intellectual property, and data protection matters
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities
Requirements
- 5+ years of legal experience in financial services, fintech, or banking
- Strong knowledge of EU financial regulations, AML/KYC, PSD2, and MiCA
- Law degree with relevant bar admission
- Experience in multi-jurisdictional legal management
- Fluency in English required; Russian and/or Spanish are advantageous
