We are looking for a Head of Business Development to lead our commercial growth strategy. You will identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue expansion as we scale our banking platform across European markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the business development strategy aligned with company goals
  • Build and manage a pipeline of strategic partnerships and enterprise clients
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value commercial agreements
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Compliance to align BD efforts
  • Build and mentor the business development team

Requirements

  • 5+ years in business development or commercial leadership within fintech or banking
  • Proven track record of closing significant B2B deals
  • Strong network in European fintech or financial services
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English and Russian required
