Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial models and dashboards
Analyze transaction data, revenue streams, and cost structures
Prepare reports for management and board presentations
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Identify trends and opportunities through data analysis

Requirements

3+ years in financial or data analysis, preferably in fintech or banking
Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Experience with financial modeling and reporting
Fluency in English required; Russian is a plus
