We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial function of our growing banking business, overseeing financial planning, reporting, compliance, risk management, and investor communications.
We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial function of our growing banking business.
This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, compliance, risk management, and investor communications. You will work closely with the CEO, Board, and other departments to ensure our financial strategy supports the company's growth and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in line with local and international accounting standards
- Lead financial analysis to support strategic decision-making across the company
Risk Management & Internal Controls
- Maintain a strong internal control system to protect company assets and ensure financial accuracy
- Oversee risk monitoring related to cash flow, investments, regulatory exposure, and operational processes
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in senior finance roles, including 5+ years in a CFO or similar position
- Strong background in financial management, planning, reporting, and controls
- Experience working in banking, fintech, or other regulated financial services
- Fluent English is required; Russian is strongly preferred
