Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Holding Structure
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial function of the entire holding group, managing centralized treasury and accounting across multiple jurisdictions.
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial function of the entire holding group.
This is a key executive role responsible for managing centralized treasury and accounting across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance, financial integrity, and operational efficiency throughout the organization.
The CFO will work closely with the CEO, Board, and senior management to drive the group's financial strategy, oversee regulatory reporting, and ensure effective interaction between the finance, treasury, and payment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the group-wide financial strategy aligned with overall business goals and regulatory requirements
- Provide financial leadership across all entities, ensuring transparency and accountability in budgeting, reporting, and long-term planning
- Partner with senior leadership to evaluate business opportunities, investments, acquisitions, and new market expansion
Centralized Treasury & Liquidity Management
- Oversee the centralized treasury function for all group entities
- Supervise relationships with banking partners and ensure efficient execution of payments and settlements across jurisdictions
- Coordinate with the Payments Department on operational payment flows and treasury oversight
Accounting, Reporting & Audit
- Lead and coordinate the accounting function across multiple jurisdictions
- Oversee timely preparation and consolidation of financial statements at group level
- Manage relationships with external auditors
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles
- Proven track record in multi-entity / international finance management, preferably within banking, fintech, or regulated financial services
- Strong expertise in accounting, treasury, liquidity management, and financial control
- Fluency in English is required; Russian proficiency is preferred
